Over nearly three decades, he has placed C-suite leaders and executives at more than 100 companies — from stealth-stage startups with a handful of engineers to public companies with multi-billion dollar market capitalizations, including GlobalFoundries, ASM International, Cisco, Apple, and Thermo Fisher Scientific.

From the beginning, Don made a deliberate choice to specialize rather than generalize. While most executive search firms diversify across industries, The Errigo Group has focused almost entirely on the semiconductor ecosystem and adjacent deep technology markets.
That focus has compounded over nearly three decades into proprietary networks, technical fluency, and pattern recognition that generalist firms simply can't replicate. Don knows the difference between a VP of ASIC Engineering who can architect from zero and one who can only optimize existing designs. He knows what "shipping at the speed of fab" actually means.
